There is no fixed minimum age for using ParensUP. Each family decides the best moment based on the child's maturity, routine, and interest. As a reference, educational approaches like Montessori usually encourage practical activities and autonomy from an early age, always respecting the child's stage of development. Younger children can also take part, with the support of guardians, who choose which tasks and features make sense for each age.

Can I withdraw the money or rewards shown in ParensUP?

No. The values shown in ParensUP are symbolic and cannot be withdrawn. They are there to help children learn about responsibility, effort, organization, and reward in an educational way. The rules are defined by the family itself: guardians choose the value of tasks and the incentives they want to offer, such as rewards, a symbolic allowance, gifts, or experiences. ParensUP does not handle real money, does not process payments, and does not offer physical or monetary prizes. It serves only as a tool to organize the family's routine.

Which devices does ParensUP run on?

ParensUP is available for Android and can be downloaded through the Google Play Store. The iOS version is planned and will be announced when available. The app is currently available in Brazil, in Portuguese and English. It also offers light and dark mode, which can be changed in the settings.

No. ParensUP needs an internet connection to work properly. This helps keep tasks, goals, profiles, and settings saved and up to date across the family's devices, including when more than one person uses the app at the same time.

Yes. ParensUP is free to download and offers basic features for free inside the app, such as organizing tasks and tracking the routine of one child with one guardian. For more complete features, the Premium plan unlocks features like Incentives, Behavior, parent approval, up to five children, three guardians, reports, and more detailed tracking of the family's progress. ParensUP Premium offers a 7-day free trial with access to Premium features. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account and information remain saved. Only the Premium features stop being available.

I have a Feito! subscription. What changes in ParensUP?

Your subscription remains active as usual after the update to ParensUP. If you already had an active monthly or annual plan, Premium access will be kept until the end of the contracted period. In future renewals, the applied value will be the current one at the time of charging, as informed by Google Play.

How do tasks and goals work?

In ParensUP, guardians create custom tasks, define points or symbolic values, and choose the frequency, such as daily, weekly, or custom. When the child completes a task, they receive the defined points or values. If the task isn't done, the family can simply leave it unmarked or log it as pending, in case they want to deduct points or coins. Goals help the child track their progress. The daily goal is tied to the day's tasks: as the child completes activities, they get closer to the daily target. The special goal is tied to a symbolic value: completed tasks, bonuses, and good actions help the child advance toward completing it. The daily goal is available in all plans. How does the Incentives section work?

In Premium, the Incentives section brings together rewards, achievements, and bonuses. Rewards are items previously registered by guardians. This set helps the child see their achievements, track the month's incentives, and better understand the value of effort, responsibility, and choices in everyday life. Praises are caring messages between family members, without involving points or coins. This set helps guardians follow positive attitudes, routine challenges, and agreements defined by the family itself.

Yes. Guardians can create an individual login for the child to follow their routine in the app. In the free version, the child can track and mark tasks, and view the progress of the daily goal. In Premium, they can also access Incentives and Behavior, view praises received, send praises to family members with a profile, and redeem available rewards, according to the symbolic balance and family agreements. Also in Premium, guardians can activate parent approval. With this feature, tasks completed and rewards requested by the child remain pending until they are approved or rejected by a guardian.

Yes. The guardian's profile lets you customize avatar, organize personal tasks, and create daily goals. Account and profile are different: the account lets you access the app; the profile organizes the person's experience within the family. In the free version, you can have one guardian profile. In Premium, you can register up to three guardians with their own access and profiles. Each guardian can also receive praises sent by children, view graph reports about their own tasks and goals, and print their week.

How do parent approval and task printing work?

In ParensUP Premium, guardians can activate approval for tasks and rewards. When the child completes a task or requests a reward through their individual login, the request remains pending until it is approved or rejected by a guardian.
