Activate ParensUP Premium
ParensUP Premium unlocks more complete features to track your family's routine, such as more profiles, Incentives, Behavior, parental approval, reports, charts, and printing the weekly board.
- During account creation: when signing up for ParensUP, pick Premium on the plans step.
- Later, from the app settings: if you already have an account, activate Premium from the settings screen at any time.
Activate Premium when creating your account
Create your ParensUP account
Follow the account creation walkthrough until you reach the step where you choose between Premium or Free.
This step shows up at the end of sign-up, after your initial experience is configured.
Choose ParensUP Premium
On the plans screen, pick the ParensUP Premium option.
Start the free trial
Tap Start my free week.
Google Play will open the subscription screen with the plan information, price, and payment method.
Confirm through the Google Play Store
Review the information shown by Google Play.
Then confirm the subscription by following the action shown on screen, such as tapping the subscribe button or swiping to subscribe.
Activate Premium from the settings
Use this option if you already created your account and want to activate Premium later.
Sign in to your guardian account
On your phone, open the ParensUP app and sign in with your adult/guardian login.
Go to Settings
On the app's bottom bar, tap Settings.
Tap "Become Premium"
On the settings screen, tap Become Premium.
See the plan information
The app will open a screen with ParensUP Premium information.
Review the available features, the trial period, and the plan details.
Tap "Start my free week"
Tap Start my free week.
Confirm through the Google Play Store
Google Play will open its own screen to confirm the subscription.
On that screen, you will see:
- The plan price
- The free trial period, when available
- The payment method
- The subscription details
The payment method is registered and managed by the Google Play Store. To finish, confirm the subscription by following the action shown on screen, such as tapping the subscribe button or swiping to subscribe.
All set! Premium has been activated.
After confirmation, you can start using ParensUP's Premium features right away.
💡 Tips
- ParensUP Premium offers 7 days free trial the first time you subscribe.
- The subscription, billing, trial period, and cancellation are managed by the Google Play Store.
- If you don't want to continue after the trial, cancel the subscription through the Google Play Store before renewal.
- Deleting your ParensUP account does not cancel an active subscription. To stop the billing, go to the Google Play Store.
