Cancel Premium subscription
The ParensUP Premium subscription is managed by the Google Play Store. So cancellation must be done directly in the Google store, not inside the ParensUP app.
Open the Google Play Store
On your Android phone, open the Google Play Store app.
Access your Google account
Tap your profile photo or your name's initials in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap "Payments and subscriptions"
In the Google Play Store menu, tap Payments and subscriptions.
Tap "Subscriptions"
On the next screen, tap Subscriptions.
Select ParensUP
In the subscriptions list, tap ParensUP.
Tap "Cancel subscription"
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
All set! Renewal has been cancelled.
You'll continue using Premium features until the end of the already-paid period or the free trial. After that, Premium features will no longer be available, but your account and information will remain saved on ParensUP.
💡 Tips
- If you can't find the ParensUP subscription, check that you're using the same Google account you used to subscribe.
- Deleting your ParensUP account does not cancel the Premium subscription. To avoid new charges, always cancel through the Google Play Store.
