Request a Premium refund
ParensUP Premium subscriptions and payments are managed by the Google Play Store. So refund requests must be made directly through Google Play.
- Google may grant refunds under Google Play policies.
- Decisions normally come within 1 day, but can take up to 4 days.
Request through the refund page
Use this option when the purchase appears on the official Google Play refund page.
Open the Google Play refund page
Open the official Google Play refund request page.
On the Google article, tap Request a refund.
Sign in with your Google account
Sign in with the same Google account used to subscribe to ParensUP Premium.
Select the ParensUP purchase
In the purchases list, select the ParensUP subscription or charge.
Choose the reason for the request
Select the option that best describes your situation.
Fill out the form
Complete the information requested by Google Play.
In the notes field, state that you want to request a refund for the ParensUP Premium purchase or subscription.
Submit the request
Tap Submit to complete the request.
Then wait for Google Play's review.
If the purchase doesn't appear
Use this option if you can't find the purchase on the refund page. You can also request through the Google Play order history.
Open the Google Play site
Go to play.google.com using the Google account used in the subscription.
Open your account menu
In the top right corner, tap or click your profile photo.
Access the order history
Tap Payments and subscriptions and then Budget and order history.
Find the ParensUP purchase
Locate the charge related to ParensUP.
Report a problem
Next to the purchase, tap Report a problem.
Request the refund
Choose the reason, fill out the form stating you want a refund, and submit the request.
All set! Your request has been submitted.
Now wait for Google Play's decision, which normally comes within 1 day (can take up to 4 days).
💡 Tips
- If the purchase doesn't appear, check that you're using the same Google account used to subscribe to ParensUP Premium.
- Submitting multiple requests for the same purchase doesn't speed up the review. Google recommends waiting for the decision.
